Description
The Alexandre 571-240 belongs to the Milan Breeze series and leans classic European: a high back, no arms, and an exposed solid wood frame. Seat and back are fully upholstered in fabric, edged with nailhead trim, so the chair reads substantial without feeling heavy.
On materials, the frame and legs are solid German beech — close-grained and consistent. The carving on the back and legs is done by hand, which is why the pattern rises and falls rather than stamping flat. Upholstery is a European stripe-and-wheat jacquard, matched across the seat and back for a continuous look, with a firm hand. The NC lacquer finish is applied evenly and keeps the wood's natural grain and tone visible.
In use, the armless high-back shape lets this chair pull double duty: pair it with a dining table, or set it in a study, bedroom, or entryway as a single accent chair you can settle into. It arrives fully assembled.

Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
