The ALEXANDRE 571-241 accent chair from the Milan Breeze series pairs a solid German beech frame with hand-carved detailing and wheat-ear jacquard upholstery in a horizontal stripe. High back and arms make it equally at home as a lounge chair, a desk chair, or a dining chair.
Description
Part of the Milan Breeze series, this ALEXANDRE accent chair takes a classic European line without overdoing it: the carving stays close to the arms and back edges, and the silhouette is clean enough to hold a living room corner, a study, or the side of a dining table.
The frame and legs are solid German beech, a dense hardwood that gives the chair its noticeable weight and solid stance. The carving is done by hand, so each piece varies slightly instead of repeating a machined pattern. The surface is finished with NC lacquer. Seat and back are upholstered in a horizontal wheat-ear jacquard — a quiet stripe you notice up close rather than from across the room.
The high back and arms give you something to lean into and rest an arm on, and the arm height is comfortable for setting down a book. Use it as an accent chair beside a sofa, a desk chair in a study, or a dining chair that carries the head of the table. Ships fully assembled.

Frequently asked questions
Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
